Returns, Exchanges and Warranty- What if I don’t like my holster?

Please note that the exchange/return policy is deemed void in the case of any modification, alteration, or abuse of the product. Customer is responsible to ensure that the item(s) being mailed to Comp-Tac arrive within 30 days of the RMA# being issued. Items that are not returned within this 30 day transit period will deem the RMA# null and void and can be charged up to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs on all RMA products.

Note: Hybrid holsters and belts may require a 20% restocking fee if leather is deemed to be unsellable upon return. 

Returns: Comp-Tac has a thirty day no questions asked return policy on products except for custom items. Shipping charges are not refunded. If you return your item for a refund, Comp-Tac will process your refund in 7-21 business days. 

Custom items: 

- Colored Kydex (red, blue, pink, purple, flat dark earth, coyote brown, od green, wolf grey) has a 20% restocking fee in the event of a return. 

- Velcro Belts and Nexbelts that have been cut/altered may not be returned. 

 

Exchange: Comp-Tac offers a 30 Day Exchange Period. If a particular holster does not fit your carrying needs it can be exchanged for a different product. Once we know what product you would like to exchange it for you can mail it back and we will mail out the exchange. All shipping charges will apply. 

Warranty:  LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Comp-Tac products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion.
