Return, Exchange and Warranty Information

Warranty, Exchanges and Returns. What if I don’t like my holster?

Returns: Comp-Tac has a thirty day return policy on products except for custom items. Custom items include Colored Kydex (red, blue, pink, purple and flat dark earth), Velcro Belts and Nexbelts that have been cut/altered. If you wish to return your product Comp-Tac will fully refund the product's original purchase price. Shipping is not refunded. 

 

Exchange: Comp-Tac offers a 30 Day Exchange Period. If you don't like a particular holster design please give us a call. Once we know what product you would like to exchange it for you can mail it back and we will mail out the exchange. All shipping charges will apply. 

Warranty: Comp-Tac Products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, Comp-Tac will repair it or replace it, at our discretion.
