International™ Holster | Belt, Paddle, Drop Offset Holster | Comp-Tac

The Comp-Tac International™ Holster (w/ modular mount) from High Speed Gear on Vimeo.

We produce products for the most popular make and model pistols, S&W, Glock, Springfield, H&K, Sig Sauer and many more.  Please select your pistol from the Make and Model drop down.

Do you have a red dot optic attached to you firearm for competition? Our International Holster is cut down in the front to fit most Optic Sight and has a .5" tall sight rail to fit most suppressor/optic co-witnessing sights.

The International is an outside the waistband (OWB) holster with a modular mounting design giving the user 16 holster options in 1.  Designed to be worn at 3:00 this holster is perfect for competition shooting, concealed carry or general use.

Key Product Features:

  • All Kydex OWB Holster- Perfect for use in Competitive Shooting Sports
  • (3) Mount Options included- Belt Mount, Paddle Mount, Drop Offset Piece
  • Cant Adjustable
  • Belt Width Adjustable; 1.5" or 2"
  • Retention Adjustment- Allows Customer to Tighten or Loose Holster Hold on Firearm

The International’s all-Kydex body provides a rigid material that is custom fit to each firearm and maintains its shape even with the pistol un-holstered. The smooth, low friction surface allows for a fast draw and easy one-handed re-holstering of the firearm. The all-Kydex body will not bend or stretch over time and is impervious to sweat and solvents. The raised lettering on the front of the holster specifies the make and model your holster accommodates, so you will never forget what gun it goes with.

Mounting Configurations: The International comes set up as a Belt Holster. The two additional mounting options will be included in the package at no extra charge!

Belt Mount: The Belt mount is the most popular holster among competition shooters, a secure hold that is designed with a curve to fit comfortably on the hip. The Belt Mount will accommodate either a 1.5” or 2” wide belt. Once belt width is widened to 2” it cannot be changed back.

Paddle Mount: The Paddle Mount is the answer to anyone who wears many different styles of pants. You no longer will have trouble feeding the holster around your belt loops. The paddle slips over the belt and inside the waistband for a comfortable, secure fit that is quick and easy to put on or take off. With vents in the paddle portion this is a cool and comfortable option.

Drop-Offset: Comp-Tac has worked for years on the best way to fit each person’s shape and size. The drop offset is the answer. The Drop-Offset piece is specifically designed to help set the pistol away from the body and drop it to a lower position for a more comfortable draw. Designed with a cross brace to keep stable during the draw, the Drop-Offset is ideal for lady shooters whose waist and hip measurements may make proper holster fit a challenge.

Cant: The holster is designed with 8 mounting holes which allow it to be configured for a straight/speed draw, an FBI cant, or a cross draw rearward cant. Easily changeable, the holster is compatible with many mounting systems offered by other holster manufacturers.

Belt Width: Mounting hardware will accommodate a 1.5” or 2” belt width, once the adjustment tab has been removed it cannot be reattached.

The International holster body is available in multiple colors but the mounting hardware is always black.

Directions on Adjusting Your International Holster

Competition Guidelines:

IDPA: Drop-Offset Legal for female shooters. Not Legal for male shooters.
USPSA: Drop-Offset not legal for Men in the Single Stack Division.

Revolver Shooters!

We have holsters- please see photos for the difference between IDPA front and USPSA front. If you have questions please give us a call!

NOTE: The “Slide” version allows the user to use one holster for similar guns of different lengths (such as Glock 9mm, .40, and .357). The Slide is typically slightly longer than the shortest gun of the series, and left open so that longer guns may ‘slide’ through the end of the holster.

Slide versions of outside the waistband holsters are recommended for range work only. While carrying a longer firearm in a slide holster the end is left exposed and the user must be careful not to bump the exposed muzzle up against anything that might dislodge the firearm, i.e. sitting down in an arm chair.

    International holster

Posted by Jim DeGraaf on Feb 20th 2020

I love this holster. Bought one for my Walther PPQ SC and followed up by purchasing one for my PPQ M1 4" model. I love the versatility - belt wear, paddle, drop offset - I wear mine with the paddle. But it doesn't stop there. You can adjust the cant forward and even rearward for a cross draw application, plus adjust for belt width. They conceal well yet offer a perfect combat grip during the draw. Comp-Tac has hit it out of the park with this holster, but that's not unusual for this company. I also use their mag carriers. They clip securely over the belt and are easy to put on, place most anywhere on your waist that you wish, and take off again. Their customer service is second to none. Did I mention that I love this company, and their products? Listen, I have a drawer full of holsters and mag carriers, plus many that I've tossed out over the years. I truly believe that my search for the "best in class" is over.

    Another Outstanding Holster

Posted by Craig on Feb 12th 2020

I own more than a dozen Comp-Tac holsters. I just bought another back for some new pistols. They are the same high quality and reliability I've come to expect. Great customer service and an overall wonderful experience!

International Holster - Paddle version: Walther PPQ SC

Posted by Jim DeGraaf on Jan 27th 2020

Wow. I LOVE this holster. I can easily be considered a poster child of the "drawer(s) full of discarded holsers" crowd. I have averaged in the neighborhood of 4 or 5 holsters for every pistol and revolver I own. That's a bunch. Of those, I have some that I like - a lot, some that I don't - for a variety of reasons. I had some I hate as well, but those have long since found their way into my trash. This is easily at the top of the OWB holsters I own. I've only had it a relatively short time so I can't speak of its durability, although it shouts of quality, so I have no real concern that it won't prove itself in that regard. It is comfortable, it conceals my pistol well, holds it securely out of the box and didn't need any "tweaking", attaches to my pants and belt securely, and on the draw, presents my handgun to my hand with a PERFECT combat grip with no fumbling around and no repositioning once out of the holster and in my hand, resulting in a fast, secure, safe, and sure grip and presentation of the gun. In fact I love this holster so much that I plan to purchase another for my PPQ M1, which I have carried in a perfectly good Safariland holster for years that I like very much and have no real issues with. I know, I know. Another one for the drawer... (And as an aside, I also use Comp-Tac mag carriers - OWB, belt clip ons - and I LOVE those equally. I've found nothing and comes even close.

    Best OWB holster out there

I’ve been using these holsters for years in IDPA competitions, and recently out at Frontsight. They have always performed to my expectations and have never let me down.

    DVC 3-gun holster

Love these holsters. This is my 3rd holster purchase from them. Different mounting options as well as choice of color. This likely won’t be my last purchase.
